For the most accurate fees, please get in touch with us and we will respond to you as soon as we can. Please note that all fees will have the Hawai'i GET tax of 4.712% added to the final fee.

Special: $5 off your final fee if you pay in cash.
Kamaʻāina: $5 off your final fee if you pay with a card/check/Paypal/Venmo. Extra $5 off if you pay in cash.
Police/Fire/Sheriff/EMS(AMR)/Veterans/Current Military members: $10 off your final fee if you pay with a card/check/Paypal/Venmo. Extra $5 off if you pay in cash.
We do not offer any refunds for any reason.
Returned check fee - $30 charge for NSF checks.
Our fee structure is subject to variation based on factors such as location and time. Please note that fees are subject to change, and these changes may occur without prior notice.
To ensure efficient scheduling, we kindly request that appointments be made with at least a twenty-four-hour notice. Appointments made with less than twenty-four hours' notice MAY incur up to an additional $10 on top of the final fee.
Fees will be mutually agreed upon before confirming the appointment and will be paid at the time of the appointment.
South base: $60
Central base: $80
East base: $70
West base: $80
North base: $90
This base is for up to thirty (30) minutes at the appointment time. If our time is still required after thirty (30) minutes, there may be an additional $10 per thirty (30) minutes on top of the final fee.
Appointments scheduled during peak traffic hours, which occur between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, may incur up to an additional $20 on top of the final fee.
Should you choose to schedule an appointment after 9:00 PM and before 7:00 AM, there may be up to an additional $40 on top of the final fee.
Additional fees on top of the final fee for specific locations:
Hospital/Nursing Homes/Rehab Centers: $10
Hotels: $15
We will not print out documents that are emailed to us. Instead, you will be required to provide copies of all the document(s) you want signed at the appointment.
However, in rare cases where it may be impossible for a client to provide a hard copy (e.g., clients from out of town, unable to have access to a printer), we will consider making exceptions on a case-by-case basis. However, this should be a rare occurrence, and we will ensure that all security and privacy protocols are still met. This policy will help us maintain a high standard of service and protect the privacy of our clients. There may be additional fees for printing your documents.
In the event that you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, and need to reschedule or cancel it, kindly get in touch with us at least FOUR hours before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to attend your appointment will result in our fees being charged, irrespective of whether notarization services were provided or not.
If you cancel your appointment within the prescribed four-hour window, no fees will be levied.
Should you decide to cancel your appointment with less than four hours notice and without a valid reason, a scheduling fee will be applied. Our scheduling fee is $20.
We do not impose a rescheduling fee if you give us at least FOUR hours' notice before your appointment; however, any notice provided with less than four hours advance notice, without a valid reason, will incur a $20 rescheduling fee.
We do not provide legal counsel, including selecting the appropriate notary signature page for signing. The business requiring the notarized document should have provided you with all of your proper signature pages. We recommend consulting a licensed and knowledgeable attorney in the relevant field for accurate guidance and confirmation.
