Stacey has worked with legal documents as a legal assistant since 2014 and has served as a commissioned Hawaiʻi Notary Public since 2023. She created Oahu Notary Services because she genuinely likes helping people get important paperwork handled carefully, clearly and without making the process feel harder than it needs to be.
Appointments can be arranged at homes, offices, hospitals, care facilities, correctional facilities and other convenient locations throughout Oʻahu. The goal is simple: show up prepared, respect your time, complete the notarial work correctly, and help make one part of your day easier.
I take pride in helping people organize and manage their important paperwork.
People generally contact a notary to accomplish something significant; sometimes with urgency, sometimes in a stressful experience, sometimes simply because they want help from someone in the process.
I try to be available, ready and honest about what I could do for people. I will not offer legal assistance or make decisions instead of them, but I will be careful in my work, explaining to them the process of notary services in clear language. It is really important for me to hear that a client says that the appointment was easy, handy or just one thing less to worry about.
