The area price is the starting fee for travel, meeting time and the appointment. Town / South Oʻahu has the lowest starting mobile rate; exact travel pricing is confirmed from the address. The Hawaiʻi statutory notarial fee is listed separately.

For acknowledgments, Hawaiʻi law sets the fee at $5 for each party signing. For an oath/jurat, the fee is $5 for the administration of the oath.

These appointments are priced separately from a quick standard mobile notarization because they commonly involve larger attorney-prepared packages and more appointment time.
Notarization / Signature: $5 each, in addition to the estate-planning signing fee when a notarial act is performed.

No automatic Town traffic surcharge: Routine Honolulu traffic is included in the Town / South starting structure. Unusual parking, access requirements or extended travel may affect the final quote, but any adjustment is confirmed before booking.
No automatic weekend surcharge. Hospital and health-care facility appointments also use the standard mobile rate unless the appointment is a full estate-planning signing.

Cancellation / Rescheduling
At least 3 hours' notice: no scheduling fee. Less than 3 hours' notice or a no-show may be subject to a $30 scheduling fee. Emergency exceptions may be considered.
Refunds
Payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Our Acceptance Guarantee remains available for an error in our notarial portion.
Discounts: Ask about currently available discounts before the appointment is confirmed. Discounts may have eligibility requirements and may not be combined.

Need a witness for your document?
Providing your own qualified witness(es) is preferred. If you cannot provide one, ask about availability before scheduling. We may be able to arrange one witness for +$25 by advance request, subject to availability and the document's requirements. Witness arrangements are confirmed before the appointment.
Real estate, loan signings & restricted-facility work.
Longer packages and restricted facilities such as correctional facilities may require more time, coordination or document handling. Hospital and health-care facility appointments use the standard mobile rate unless the appointment is a full estate-planning signing.
