Dedicated appointments for complete estate-planning packages.
A full estate-planning signing often takes more time and coordination than a quick everyday notarization. These appointments are priced for the signing time, travel and document handling involved.
Estate-planning signing pricing by service area.
Starting pricing applies to coordinated attorney-prepared estate-planning signing appointments. Final pricing is confirmed from the location, package and appointment details.
More room for a larger signing package.
- Attorney-prepared trusts and estate-planning packages
- Powers of attorney and advance health care directives
- Deeds and related documents included with an estate plan
- Multiple signature and notarization locations
- Witness and identification logistics
- Home, office, hospital and care-facility appointments when arranged
Before the appointment
Have the complete attorney-prepared package available and confirm whether witnesses are required. Providing your own qualified witness(es) is preferred. If you need help, ask about witness availability when scheduling; one witness may be available by advance arrangement for +$25, subject to availability and the document's requirements. If you want us to review the signing logistics first, send the package through the secure client upload.
The notary handles the notarization—not the legal decisions.
Oahu Notary Services does not explain the legal effect of estate-planning documents, select provisions, or provide legal advice. Questions about document meaning, choices or legal consequences should be directed to the attorney or document preparer.
